The fact that it came so fast was a high point for me. I was actually shocked, wondering where they were located! As for the product, I love the feel of it. I love how it detangles my hair as i apply it. I still have yet to see major results because I've only used it twice. After the second time, I got my hair straightened so that put the full experience on pause. My hair does look healthy and shiny. I also got a lot of compliments on it. (that always helps) I'm going to purchase the shampoo and conditioner as well and see where it goes from there.
