Return Policy:

Sienna Naturals aims for 100% customer satisfaction. We have a 30-day return policy should you need to return your unopened items. To receive a refund on your products you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We ask you to consider shipping your return with tracking. If you have received a damaged or an incorrect order, please email us with photos of the order you received within 5 days from the date you received your order. 

 

Cancellation Policy:

Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible and our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to do just that. Therefore, we can only cancel your order if shipping has not been processed.
